RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA)
It is a strict requirement for our Customer to notify Cpunto within 30-days after delivery to commence an RMA request. Customer must complete and return by email the RMA Request Form. Upon receipt of the RMA Request Form, Cpunto will review for completeness and correctness. All RMAs must be accompanied with the following:
- RMA Request Form duly completed.
- Detailed failure analysis report or test report.
- Photographs of original packaging and merchandise.
- Please note, Products specified as Non-Cancellable Non-Returnable (NCNR) items at the time of order placing or sale cannot be returned to cPunto.
